The North Bennington Stormwater Infrastructure mapping project, completed in July 2018, identified the need for an infiltration basin (method to treat runoff water) on the Bennington College campus.  BCCD is working closely with college staff to develop and seek funding to complete the engineering design for such a basin.  Once constructed, an infiltration basin would treat runoff before it entered the Walloomsac River.
