Get your tickets and join us at the Hildene Farm for the First Community Resilience Symposium!

There’s still time to get pre-sale tickets for the Community Resilience Symposium: VT Ripsower Demo & Locally Controlled Watershed Management! 30 bucks in advance and 45 at the door. All proceeds will go into the ongoing research behind the Vermont Ripsower and the contour-compliant land healing practices.

You’ll fund the work of folks like Mercy Larson and the Larson Farm, whose Ripsower we’ll see tomorrow morning. Mercy is a remarkable young farmer who took risks and innovated. She completely overhauled how she and her family managed their farm, and the results speak for themselves. Farmers like Mercy are paving the way forward and taking risks to demonstrate these powerful, tangible tools for healing land.

If you can’t make it and still want to hear about the farmers who’ve already implemented these practices, like the Choiniere & Larson families, and the results they’ve seen, we'll be live-streaming portions of the event on our Facebook page. So, like and follow Bennington County Conservation District to tune in!
