Thank you for the work you’re doing in our community. As part of our sponsorship, Bennington County Conservation District is happy to reimburse approved expenses related to your project or event. This page is your place to submit receipts and request reimbursement.

How to use this form:

1. Gather your receipts You can upload a photo, scan, or PDF. Please make sure the total amount, vendor, and date are visible.

3. Submit your request

Once submitted, our team will review it and follow up if anything is missing. Most reimbursements are processed within 14 days. If you need something sooner, just let us know.
