Introduction

 

This project focuses on oral history of Bennington residents who have lived off the land. Our work concentrates on beekeeping and maple sugaring in Vermont. The project is composed of interviews of both Jim Williamson, a local farmer, who produces honey and syrup; Tim Holbrook, a farmer and beekeeper, various pictures, and research on sugaring and beekeeping in Vermont.
